A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away. Well at least the smoothies I make help keep them away. I have been starting my day by making myself a vanilla banana peanut butter smoothie and adding Sports Research collagen peptides to support healthy joints and skin! Sport Research’s powder is easy to dissolve and can be added to so many recipes since it is unflavored! Check out my smoothie recipe below!
In a blender mix together
1 Banana
1 Cup of milk
2/3 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons vanilla
1-1/2 Cup ice
1 scoop of Sports Research Collagen Peptides Powder
Then Enjoy!
