Your Health Analyzed

I have teamed up again with Home DNA to find more about myself.  This time the test I took analyzed the level of nutrients in the body, how my body responds to exercise, weight loss ability and more.

 

Before I get to my results, let me tell you more about how the test works.  The test was so easy to take, I just had to swab the inside of my mouth, pack the swabs in the prepaid envelope and send back to the lab.  When my results were ready, I was emailed a link to read them. My results were over 70 pages long and packed with so much important information and health care tips.

My test results taught me so much. Here are just a few highlights. I learned in order to loose weight I need to work out at least 4 times a day at a moderate to high intensity.  And besides cardio I should also focus on strength training.  The report said I needed more Vitamin A and to eat foods like melon, carrots and sweet potatoes to get that level up.   I was also provided with a custom meal plan to help me reach my goals.
